2. Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Taking Chelsea's potential striker-shortage into further account, the Blues could also make an attempt to sign Paris Saint-Germain's Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Sweden international has reportedly been used in a part-exchange deal by PSG that
could see Juan Mata head the other way LEquipe and Marca are both reporting that Mata is set to quit Chelsea after apparently falling down the pecking order under Jose Mourinho, and that the 'Special One' could land his former player as part of any move. Mourinho worked with Ibrahimovic at Inter Milan and the pair could be set for a reunion in West London if reports are to be believed. Mata has only featured once in Chelsea's first three Premier League games and was dropped for key games against Manchester United and Bayern Munich last week. Ibrahimovic would seem to be a good swap, considering he netted an astonishing 30 goals in 34 outings last season.
