Falcao is arguably the best striker currently in world football yet he's currently plying his trade in Ligue 1. He's too good for the French league and, apart from bucket loads of cash, there is nothing there for him. England, however, is a different story. Falcao, if offered the right amount, would jump at the chance to play in the best league in the world and Chelsea have been interested in the Colombian man in the past. Earlier this month, Jose Mourinho stated he was interested in Falcao last Summer but that a move was scuppered by UEFA's new financial play rules. Though this could still be a problem, Chelsea may be able to find a way round. Any move here rests on whether Chelsea can fund a deal but if anyone can afford it, Chelsea can. Every fan in the Premier League would love to see a player of Falcao's calibre in England- even if it means he may blow the league apart. Perhaps the most unlikely on this list, he's also the best. Chelsea are aiming for top strikers, so why not aim as high as possible?
