4. Marco Van Ginkel

Marco Van Ginkel became Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho's second signing when he arrived for an
undisclosed-but-rumoured £8 million back in July. The 20-year-old has been gradually coming into prominence over the last few seasons, scoring 18 goals for Vitesse over a four-year spell and helping them finish 4th in the Eredivisie last season. Van Ginkel was one of the Dutch club's star performers in his final campaign prior to his switch to the Blues, where he has already made two Premier League appearances under Mourinho as a substitute. The midfielder has also already been capped by the Netherlands at senior level and made his international debut against Germany last November. Van Ginkel also scored seven times in 17 games for the U-21 side and represented them at the recent European Championship in Israel.
