Everton: 5 Clubs That Would Suit David Moyes Next Season

3. Manchester Utd

How much longer can Sir Alex go on? Well it is looking likely that he will continue for at least another season, therefore Moyes possible availability may be irrelevant when it comes to choosing a replacement. It has been mooted that Fergie himself will have a big say in who takes over, and he is known to be a long term admirer of the steely scot - perhaps he sees something of himself in Moyes? The question mark that may possibly hang over Moyes is that he is untried when it comes to managing a footballing world power, but that could be said for nearly all modern day managers. Is the job too big for him? Well he would certainly not have a problem managing big name players and his reputation in the game would command respect in the dressing room. If Ferguson was to remain in an advisory role, it could be a seamless transition for Moyes and United may reap the rewards of employing a man who could be viewed as a Fergie clone. Perhaps the timing is not quite right for United, but Moyes would love to be given the opportunity to manage them one day, and will surely be in the mix when the time comes for Sir Alex to step aside.
