8. Nick Powell (Out)
Hailed by some as the long-term replacement for Paul Scholes, the former Crewe-man has shown promise in his brief tenure at Old Trafford, but he remains a little young. However a couple of goals at the start of the season gave his new club hope that they could fill the boots of the number '22' without having to splash multi-millions on a world-class replacement. He has the potential to be a great player for years to come, as long as he is given a run in the first team, which may be difficult if United strengthen their midfield options further in the summer, so Sir Alex could send out the midfielder on a temporary deal to gain experience, as he did with Beckham and Welbeck before welcoming them back as first teamers. http://youtu.be/HA53kGavLr0 How likely is this transfer? 75%: Sir Alex might look to loan out the hot prospect to a fellow Premier League team in order for him to gain the same experience which has seen the likes of Welbeck and Tom Cleverley become key players in Man Utd's squad. A permanent transfer for the youngster, though, seems extremely unlikely given how short his career at United has been so far.
