Man Utd Transfers: 5 Signings To Ensure Continued Success Under David Moyes

1. Radamal Falcao

Radaeml Falcao Perhaps an alternative to Benzema, or even a partner for the Frenchman dependent upon the futures of both Wayne Rooney and Javier Hernandez, is Atletico Madrid's Radamel Falcao. The Colombian is one of the most lethal strikers in the game and his 33 goals in 38 appearances for Atletico this season have helped fire them to 3rd in the La Liga table. The 27-year old has been linked with a move to United recently and the free-scoring forward could be exactly the type of player David Moyes needs as he attempts to win over fans and bring instant success in his debut season. Falcao scores goals for fun and would help forge a lethal partnership with Robin van Persie capable of giving any defence a fright. He's valued at around £46 million, however, meaning United would have to part with a fair chunk of change - not that the goal machine isn't worth it considering he could help ease in the transitional period under Moyes by firing United to glory.
