Could've done better from a header early on, and made a crucial interception as Stoke looked to counter. Solid as a rock in the first half with Stoke only creating one clear cut opening. Could've scored another header in the second but his work going the other way meant he was the stand out performer in the Newcastle back-line. A move to right back didn't phase the Congolese international who proved what a clam customer he is on the ball. A very good display all round.
