Wilfried Bony has been on the radar of a series of Premier League sides this summer with both Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur keen on the Swansea City striker, while Newcastle too have shown an interest. United appeared to have been ruled out of the running after the Swans slapped a £20 million price-tag on the Ivorian's head but all three were recently handed a boost with the news that the Welsh club are set to lower their valuation. Swansea have reportedly relaxed their valuation of Bony, who has made it clear to his current club that he wants to join 'a bigger side'. Bony has been a hit in England since making his debut last season, scoring 16 Premier League goals in 34 appearances last term while he banged in a thunderous 31 goals in 30 outings in his final campaign with Vitesse the season prior. Newcastle need a prolific marksman and Bony is certainly that. He is proven in England's topflight and knows where the goalposts are, and is actively angling for a transfer. Newcastle would be wise to toss their proverbial hat in the ring for his services this summer.
