4. Toby Alderweireld
23-year old Alderweireld is a product of the famed Ajax youth academy and has been with the Dutch side since making his professional debut in 2008. He has since made 95 appearances for the side and has become an instrumental player in Frank de Boer's set up there. His impressive performances of late helped Ajax win back-to-back Eredivisie Championships in 2010/11 and 2011/12 and he has been linked with a move to both Newcastle and Spurs. However, both clubs have been told they must spend big if they are to land the talented defender. Provided either Premier League side meet the Dutch clubs desired "super transfer fee" for the Belgian, Ajax will not block a move, so Pardew will have to dig deep into his pockets if he wants to land his signature.
