Rafael-Benitez He may not be everybody's cup of tea, particularly if you were to ask the fans of his current club, Chelsea, but there's a very real possibility that Rafa could become the next manager of Newcastle United. Benitez has predominantly been involved with high profile jobs throughout his career. Valencia when they were a force to be reckoned with, Liverpool during their Champions League win, Inter Milan and now Chelsea. But an argument could be made that he isn't as sought after as he used to be. His league record at Liverpool wasn't good enough, he was sacked at Inter in December of his first season and he has only been trusted with the 'interim manager' position at Chelsea, where it has been made clear he will not be kept on. Just how many more Champions League-standard clubs will give him an another opportunity? A step down to a club such as Newcastle could be next on the agenda, a place he can build his reputation back up with a solid team.
