7. Rickie Lambert
What looked like a dream move for Lambert in the summer- the 32-year-old is a Liverpool fanatic and has been ever since he was a boy- has turned into something of a nightmare so far. Despite a slight improvement in form in the last month or so, the former Southampton striker has looked hugely out of his depth at times. The England international has shown an alarming lack of movement, while his touch and finishing have been rusty. At times he's looked as if he's putting too much pressure on himself to perform. The problem is that Lambert was never signed as a regular starter, but injuries to Sturridge and Mario Balotelli have meant he's often had to be the Reds' main man in attack. He's been shown up because of it. The one thing you will always get with Lambert is a great work ethic and a desperation to succeed at his boyhood club. He will give his all every time he is on the pitch. Despite this, it's impossible to deny that he has been poor in a Liverpool shirt to date.
