Spurs Transfer Deadline Day: 10 Major Deals That Could Happen
9. Aaron Lennon To Hull, QPR, Stoke Or Monaco
Aaron Lennon has become something of a peripheral figure at White Hart Lane under Mauricio Pochettino, with the Argentinian seemingly not impressed by what is undoubtedly a very one-dimensional player. He has only appeared sixteen times in all competitions this season - a small number when you consider that Spurs have played 38 games so far and most of Lennon's appearances have been as a substitute. Hull City, Queens Park Rangersm Stoke City and even Monaco have been credited with an interested, while Sunderland fans have voted the pacey winger as one of the players they would most like to see arrive at the Stadium of Light in the transfer window, where he would reunite with former Spurs team-mate Jermain Defoe. If any of those teams make a bid, you would expect the unimpressed Pochettino to seriously consider it, but it is rumoured that some of their interest has cooled and any bids might only be loan offers.
