Spurs Transfer Deadline Day: 10 Major Deals That Could Happen

8. Harry Kane To Real Madrid

This is undoubtedly the most outlandish and unlikely of these potential transfers, but Harry Kane is so important to Spurs that it would be wrong to ignore it - especially when Real Madrid are concerned. The Spanish giants have already taken Luka Modric and Gareth Bale from Spurs in recent years - the latter in a world record deal - so talent at White Hart Lane is clearly on their radar. Kane's eighteen goals so far in this campaign won't have gone unnoticed at the Bernabeu and rumours are doing the rounds that Real are eyeing up both Kane and Liverpool's Raheem Sterling - with further rumours suggesting that they might even be willing to sell Karim Benzema in order to raise the funds for the young English duo (which, if true, makes a January deal even more unlikely). As previously stated, this seems so very unlikely. As good as Kane has been, he would hardly be an upgrade on what Real Madrid already have and Spurs would be very reluctant to let him go - just don't rule anything out when Real Madrid are reportedly interested in a player.
