9. Borussia Dortmund
Possibly a move to Germany is on the cards. Last season saw them come a distant second and lose the Champions League final- both to Bayern Munich. While the treble-winning Bavarians keep looking to improve and regenerate the squad to maintain the stronghold they currently have on German football. They have seen this summer Mario Gotze being poached by Bayern and seemingly replaced him, like for like, by Henrikh Mkhtariyan from Shakhtar Donetsk. In addition, they have signed Pierre Aubemiyang and defender Sokratis Papadopoulos in their attempts to bridge the gap, whilst being wary that they are not themselves caught up by the likes of Bayer Leverkusen. With Kevin Grosskreutz a long term target for English sides, a space is open for Bale to fill and for Dortmund to shock the world by capturing the Welshman.
