6. Barcelona
It's never hard to bounce back from what some will say was a demoralising end to the season, but despite cantering to another league title, Barcelona were routinely thrashed 7-0 on aggregate by the all conquering Bayern Munich in the Champions League Semi Final. Along with last season's craze of nearly every major European League being won easily, many of these teams have also changed manager with Gerardo Martino replacing the unfortunate Tito Vilanova, who for health reasons had to step down. Along with Martino, Neymar has been the talk of the Catalan capital, and if the hierarchy at Barcelona read this entry and take my advice, the Welshman could soon be the next high profile Nou Camp arrival. The huge dilemma is, however, how Bale will slot into the 4-3-3 system favoured by Barcelona, and if he does fit, which star would he oust? Alexis Sanchez's
future is in doubt with Napoli tracking the Chilean and that move may leave a vacant space for Bale to take up on the wing of the front three. However, this move may come to haunt Bale as there is a danger that, with the host of stars at the Nou Camp, he may become a regular benchwarmer and will not be terribly full of match practice should his chances to play come with Barca or Wales. Oh, and they'll love stealing a march on Real.
