1. Hulk
Another incredible transfer Tottenham could make on deadline day is the capture on loan of Zenit St. Petersburg's Hulk. The deal moved a step closer to coming to fruition today after the Russian's stepped up their efforts to sign Andrei Yarmolenko from Dynamo Kiev as a replacement for the 27-year-old. The
Independent claim however that Zenit would demand £10 million for the 12-month loaning of Hulk, a fee which would make most clubs balk. But Tottenham have the cash now that Bale's move to Real Madrid has gone through, while Hulk would help continue the flow of goals at White Hart Lane that is bound to be stunted by the Wales international's departure. With Emmanuel Adebayor and Jermain Defoe facing
last-minute moves away from the club, Hulk would be a capable replacement for both or either of them.
