1. To Survive... A Victory Would All-But Guarantee Safety
This point needs little to no explaining at all. It's as simple as this: if Newcastle United can collect three points at Loftus Road on Saturday, they will almost certainly remain in the Premier League next season. Mathematically Hull City could win their last two matches, which would mean Newcastle would not yet be safe with a victory at QPR, but the Tigers have to play Tottenham Hotspur away and Manchester United at home. If they win both those games, then good luck to them. Newcastle should need no greater incentive than to know a victory would all-but secure Premier League football for another season. If they cannot do that, then they deserve to play Championship football in 2015-16. For all the latest NUFC News, Views and Transfers make sure to follow WhatCultureNUFC on Twitter and Facebook.
