1. Luis Suarez
This morning,
news broke that Liverpool had rejected a £30 million bid from Arsenal for striker Luis Suarez. For all the controversy currently surrounding the Uruguayan, his obvious talents cannot be denied and the 26-year-old ended up as the Premier League's second-highest goalscorer last season behind Robin van Persie. He may even have won the PFA Player of the Year Award had he not disgraced himself by biting Branislav Ivanovic. The ex-Ajax man has made no secret in the past of his ambitions to
play in the Champions League, and considering Liverpool aren't even contesting the Europa League next season, a move to a top four club and with it European football could be tempting. This is something Arsenal could offer and Arsene Wenger has the funds to make the move happen - if he misses out on Higuain.
