Current Club: Chelsea The real dream possibility for Newcastle would be to convince Jose Mourinho to let Kurt Zouma out on loan for another season. The Frenchman is legitimately one of the hottest properties in the world, and there will no doubt be some concerns that he won't be given the first-team opportunities he needs to develop. Too often prospects have been signed and been forced to languish on the bench, given few opportunities in League Cup games, and if Chelsea want the best out of Zouma when John Terry retires they might need to take a different approach. The loan system clearly worked for Courtois, and the same could work for Zouma, especially as he would pick up experience playing in the Premier League rather than just France. The Concerns Chelsea's cover in defence is limited, and letting Zouma leave again would mean heading into the season with only three available centre-backs, with Oriol Romeu sent out on loan already. It's probably pie in the sky, but if there's even a tiny suggestion that Zouma might be available, Pardew should be on to Jose immediately.
