Roberto Soldado might be grabbing all the headlines after having scored four goals in three competitive starts for Spurs including the winning goals from the penalty spot in each of their first two Premier League matches of the season but he isn't Spurs' best signing of the transfer window, let alone the best signing of the transfer window full stop. Paulinho has been a class above so far this season. He is all action, tough-tackling, a great passer and a goal threat and, if he continues to improve, he could become one of the best players across all of the European leagues.
